1. Order Processing Time

All orders including vinyl figures, beach towels, sun care skincare products (after sun gel, lotion, spray, 3-in-1 hair treatment) are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM EST will be processed the next working day.
  • During holiday sales and high-volume promotion periods, processing time may extend to up to 5 business days due to order surges.
  • Liquid skincare goods and fragile vinyl collectibles require extra packaging inspection, which may add slight processing delays.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Options

We ship domestically across the United States and offer worldwide international shipping. Two shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Tracked Shipping

  • Available for all domestic & global destinations
  • US Domestic transit: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • International transit: 8–18 business days after dispatch
  • Full tracking number provided for every parcel

Expedited Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

  • Priority handling & faster customs clearance
  • US Domestic transit: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • International transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Signature delivery available upon request

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery country.
  • Free Standard Shipping for all US orders over $99 USD
  • Flat standard shipping rate will display for orders below $99 USD before payment
  • Express shipping surcharges vary by destination and package weight, shown clearly at checkout
  • Fragile vinyl figure packaging and liquid skincare safety packaging incur no extra handling fees.

4. Order Tracking Notification

Once your package is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number will be sent to your checkout email address.
  • Tracking status may take 24–72 hours to update on carrier official platforms.
  • If you fail to receive the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.

5. International Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international shipments are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid):
  • Customers bear full responsibility for all local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and brokerage charges enforced by your destination country.
  • We strictly comply with global customs regulations. We will NOT mark packages as gifts or understate product values to avoid customs charges.
  • Customs inspections, local postal backlogs or regional holidays may cause unexpected delivery delays, which are outside our control. We will not issue compensation for customs-caused hold-ups.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your full, accurate shipping address (including apartment, unit, postal code) before completing checkout. We accept no liability for lost, delayed or returned parcels caused by wrong, incomplete or expired delivery addresses.
  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to our warehouse due to invalid address information:
    1. We will refund only the merchandise value, deducting original outbound shipping fees and return logistics charges.
    2. Re-delivery requires full new shipping payment covered by the customer.

7. Lost, Damaged or Leaking Goods Claims

For damaged vinyl figures, leaking sun care liquid products, lost or missing parcels:
  • Submit a support ticket within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date, including your order number and clear photos of damaged packaging, broken figures or leaking skincare bottles.
  • We will launch an official carrier investigation. After carrier confirmation, we offer two resolution options: complimentary re-shipment or full/partial refund.
  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

8. Address Modification Rules

Address change requests must be emailed to support before order fulfillment. Once the parcel is shipped, no address edits or rerouting services can be arranged.
